The VNT-CONNECT is the professional system designed to ensure maximum compatibility with 12V and 24V electronic actuators. A single tool that combines dynamic testing, diagnosis, calibration and reprogramming, simplifying workshop and production work.
Dual 12V and 24V Capability
The new VNT-CONNECT integrates automatic 12V and 24V voltage management, allowing it to work on:
- Hella, Siemens VDO, Continental, Mitsubishi, Sonceboz, Mahle, Magneti Marelli, Kamtec actuators;
- Garrett, Borgwarner, Denso, Cooperstandard, Bosch, Faist actuators;
- Cummins, Holset, Daf, Scania, Mercedes, Isuzu, Hino actuators;
- John Deer, Deutz-Fahr, JCB, Jideco, New Holland, Tata;
- Electronic actuators for light vehicles;
- Actuators for trucks, buses, agricultural and industrial vehicles;
No external adapters, no manual configuration: the system automatically recognizes the required power supply and sets the parameters in complete safety.
Connector and Cable System
The VNT-CONNECT uses an extremely practical system made up of only two connection cables that interface with the tool.
Thanks to the quick-release interchangeable connectors, equipped with a recognition system, it is possible to switch from one actuator to another in seconds, without complexity and without risk of connection errors, thanks to the guided procedure offered by the interface.
Each connector is designed to perfectly fit different actuator models (Garrett, BorgWarner, Holset and others), guaranteeing reliability, practicality and a much faster setup compared to traditional systems with multiple wirings.

Dual Independent Control Port
The VNT-CONNECT is equipped with two completely independent control ports, which allow testing two actuators in parallel, even with different power supplies (12V and 24V).
This feature is ideal both for quick comparisons between actuators and for high-efficiency production or overhaul activities.
Each port independently manages voltage, protocol and control parameters, ensuring maximum precision and total safety during tests.
