A rebuilt TURBO ARMEC turbocharger is a component subjected to an accurate reconstruction process, aimed at restoring it to the operational conditions and performance specified by the manufacturer.
The turbocharger rebuilding process includes complete disassembly of the unit, followed by a detailed analysis of each individual component and the interventions required for its restoration. All phases are carried out according to strict technical standards and accompanied by constant inspections, ensuring a reliable result of high quality.
This approach makes it possible to obtain an efficient and safe turbocharger, while offering a concrete advantage in terms of sustainability: reduced waste, reuse of existing materials, and lower environmental impact.
TURBO ARMEC Method: technical process and quality control
Every rebuilt ARMEC turbocharger undergoes a complete cycle of diagnostics, dimensional inspection, reconstruction, and testing, carried out in accordance with the most rigorous quality standards of the automotive sector.
The process begins with an in-depth technical analysis of the component, aimed at identifying wear, deformation, functional anomalies, or any structural damage. Afterwards, the turbocharger is completely disassembled and subjected to a professional washing process using automated systems, with detergents that have reduced environmental impact.
All components are then individually verified using dedicated measuring instruments and high-precision dimensional checks. Recoverable parts are restored to original specifications through precision CNC machining and certified processes, while components not suitable for restoration are replaced with carefully selected spare parts of high technical quality.
During assembly, dimensional checks and dynamic balancing operations on high-speed benches are performed, essential to ensure operating stability, correct boost pressure, reduced vibrations, and maximum operational reliability.
Each ARMEC turbocharger is finally subjected to rigorous functional tests, carried out according to automotive industry technical specifications to ensure optimal performance, long-term efficiency, and full reliability once reinstalled on the vehicle.
